Views are outstanding from the tops of the hills and ridgelines, providing 20+ mile views in areas.
The ranch also has great soils. There have been several areas that have been selectively cleared, providing enhanced views, as well as ideal hunting habitat with a good amount of brushy left in areas as sanctuaries for wildlife as well.
LOCATION:6 miles West of Lometa TX on Hwy 190 and about 1 hour 30 min from Austin. The ranch is also 2 hours 15 min from Ft Worth and an hour 30 min from Waco.
